- Parent Consultation & Training
- Target specific developmental and/or behavioral challenges to develop more effective communication patterns and healthier ways of responding to your child or teen.
- We can also provide a review of records and/or prior evaluations to help determine treatment goals and planning.
- School Consultation
- Attend ARD meetings, review IEPs and goals, communicate and collaborate with teachers, and offer school-based recommendations.
- Individual Therapy
- Evidence-based practice is the integration of the best available research with clinical expertise in the context of individual characteristics, culture, and preferences.
- We offer evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and mindfulness meditation to best address symptoms of anxiety and depression.
- Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
- Evidence-based treatment program designed for caregivers and their young children (2 to 7 years old) who are experiencing social, behavioral, and/or emotional difficulties.
- Regarded by national expert panels as a gold standard treatment for children who have frequent temper tantrums, refuse to follow directions, verbal and/or physical aggression, destruction of toys and/or belongings, backtalk or sassing adults, whining or crying for no apparent reason, constantly seeking attention, hyperactivity, interrupting others, short attention span, and difficulty with behaviors at school, preschool, and/or daycare.
